MotiveX is an independent true crime publication dedicated to the victims whose stories rarely make national headlines. We focus on domestic violence, intimate partner homicide, missing persons, unsolved cases, and the systemic failures that allow harm to go unchecked.
Every case we cover begins with a simple question: who was this person before the crime defined them? Our goal is to restore that humanity, to document what happened as accurately as the public record allows, and to examine the warning signs, institutional gaps, and decisions that shaped each outcome.

Our Standards
We do not publish graphic crime scene imagery or sensationalize violence. We distinguish clearly between proven facts, court findings, and allegations. When we get something wrong, we correct it. Families, friends, and advocates connected to a case are always welcome to contact us with corrections or context.
